RESTRICTIONS ON THE USE OF
POWER |

The
Licensee reserves the right to impose restrictions on the use of power in any part of the
day or night if the same is deemed to be necessary due to system constraints / non
availability of power. |
| 2 |
When
restrictions are imposed by the Government or the Commission on the use of power and / or
energy, the Licensee may levy deterrent charges (besides disconnecting the installation
without notice) as may be stipulated from time to time, on the quantum of power and / or
energy drawn in excess of the restricted quantum. |
RESALE OF ENERGY |
The Consumer shall not resell
electricity unless such resale is specifically approved by the Commission or unless the
Consumer holds a sanction or a Tariff provision for distribution and sale of energy. |
