SERVICE OF NOTICE/RECOVERY OF DUES AS PER ACTS AND RULES FRAMED BY THE
GOVERNMENT OF KARNATAKA |
SERVICE OF NOTICE |
Any notice to the Consumer by
the Licensee shall be deemed to be duly served by the Licensee if it is:
Sent by
post. OR
Delivered
to the person residing at the address notified to the Licensee by the Consumer. OR
Affixed
at a conspicuous part of such premises in case there is no person, on whom the same can
with reasonable diligence, be delivered.

RECOVERY OF DUES AS PER ACTS
AND RULES FRAMED BY THE GOVERNMENT OF KARNATAKA |
| Notwithstanding disconnection, the Consumers who do not pay
arrears due to the Licensee in time are liable for proceedings for recovery of dues under
the Land Revenue Act and the Rules made there under. |
